The right to information is one of the most fundamental fundamental rights recognized by the individual under the various declarations and international conventions, enshrined in the Algerian constitutional amendment of 2016 in article 51.

Through recent legal reforms, the legislator sought to determine different methods of enjoyment in various areas.

However, a person's full enjoyment of this right may at the same time constitute an attack on the right of others to inviolability of his private life in some cases.

This led us to examine the legal relationship between the right to information and the right to privacy and the legal consequences
