أصبحت وسائل الدفع الالكتروني حديث الساعة فهي تتطور بشكل كبير و ملحوظ و قد اجتاحت السوق بكل بشكل كبير بسبب الامتيازات المبهرة التي تقدمها التجارة الإلكترونية من سهولة و أمان و غيرها من الامتيازات الأخرى فخلال الـ 15 سنة الماضية تغير التسوق إلى العبر الإنترنت و الدفع الالكتروني من مجرد كونه قيمة مضافة إلي قيمة أساسية و أصبحت التجارة الإلكترونية متوفرة للجميع من خلال الدفع الالكتروني.

و تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى الوقوف على طبيعة و أنواع الحماية القانونية لوسائل الدفع الإلكترونية و نظم الرقابة عليها و التحديات المرتبطة بها و قد ركز البحث على تناول هذه الموضوعات بالتحليل و المناقشة من خلال معالجة الإشكالية الرئيسة التي تتمحور حول أهم صور الحماية القانونية لوسائل الدفع الإلكتروني

Abstract EN

Electronic payment methods have become very modern and they are developing significantly.

The market has been swept to a great extent because of the e-commerce privileges of ease, security and other privileges.

Over the past 15 years, shopping has changed to Internet and e-payment.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the nature and types of legal protection of electronic means of payment and their control systems and related challenges.

The research focused on addressing these issues through analysis and discussion by addressing the main problem that revolves around the most important forms of legal protection of electronic payment methods.
