The researcher tried to search in the local investment as a means to support the financials of the regional groups that suffer from a severe deficit, this deficiency is due negatively on the development process, in this work the deficiencies and ways of addressing them were addressed, and the study concluded that the local investment is not well exploited in Algeria, especially in Oued souf.
