تعالج الدراسة موضوع التوظيف في ولاية بسكرة في الفترة 2014 إلى جوان 2019 من خلال تبيان واقعة في الولاية فتم إبراز ذلك بواسطة إحصائيات و جداول ن الوكالة الولائية للتشغيل لولاية بسكرة كما تطرق الباحثان إلى بعض المقومات خاصة الاقتصادية منها و التي تشهد تنوع قد يساعد في طرح الكثير من عروض العمل في الولاية.
بينت النتائج الدور الكبير الذي تلعبه الوكالة الولائية للتشغيل باعتبارها الطريق القانوني و حلقة الوصل بين المؤسسات و طالبي العمل حيث أظهرت الإحصائيات أرقام مقبولة تقترب من الرضا.
Abstract EN
The Study addresses the issue of employment in the state of Biskra between 2014 to June 2019, by clarifying its reality in the state.
This was highlighted by statistics provided by the state employment agency in Biskra.
Also the researchers discussed some of the fundamentals, especially the economics ones, which record a diversity that may help in puting forth many job offers.
The results indicated the effective role of the state employment agency as the legal path and link tool, according to what the statistics showed in term of acceptable numbers.
