هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تصورات الموظفين الطبيين وشبه الطبيين و الإداريين و المهنيين بالمؤسسة العمومية للصحة الجوارية سيدي عقبة حول مستوى توفر جودة حياة وظيفية بالمؤسسة و أثر ذلك في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية تكون مجتمع الدراسة من موظفي المؤسسة في مختلف مصالح المستشفي و البالغ عددهم (639) إذ بلغت عينة الدراسة (150) موظف وقد تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة كما تم استخدام برنامج SPSS في التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات.
و توصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود أثر لجودة الحياة الوظيفية في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية اليث فسر متغير جودة الحياة الوظيفية (39.
6%) من التغيرات الحاصلة في جودة الخدمات الصحية
Abstract EN
This study aimed at identifying the perceptions of the medical, paramedical, administrative and professional staff of the public health institution neighborly Sidi Okba on the level of providing quality of work life In the institution, and this effect in improving the quality of health services provided.
The study population consisted of 639 employees in the various services of the hospital.
The sample of the study was (150) employees, and the questionnaire was adopted as a study tool, where SPSS program was used in statistical analysis of data.
The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is the impact of the quality of work life in improving the quality of health services provided.
