This study aims to shed light on the reality of electronic management in Algeria.

Studying the case of modernizing tax administration by examining the mechanisms adopted to keep up with developments using an analytical descriptive approach to capture the various theoretical aspect and statistics obtained, the results enabled the tax administration to achieve effective management by restructuring its organizational structure and insering modern technologies.
