The phenomenon of revelation is considered the cornerstone in the study and knowledge of religious thought in general، as the revelation represents the link between the worlds of the unseen and martyrdom or as contemporaries term it between the worlds of nature and metaphysics.

The word (revelation) is mentioned in the Holy Qur'an in several other meanings in the non-revelation of the prophets، including the inspirations that inspire non-prophets، the revelation of the angels، ie the divine speeches directed at them، the discourse with reference، the mysterious satanic speeches، and the appreciation of the divine laws in the world of formation.

The descent of divine revelation to the prophets (peace be upon them) of the metaphysical things that can not be achieved، because the realization of something beyond the sense and reason، but aware of the effects of revelation only and the impact shows the adage.
