f contract (a type of option contract) is a two party contract where the first party buys a commodity, or broker a deal for someone else, on the condition that the unsold part of this commodity may be returned to the other party within a preset period of time.

The present research paper consists of four sections.

The first section deals with the adaptation of the business deal according to the restrictive clause mentioned in the contract.

The second section indicates the adaptation of the business deal to the call option.

The third section focuses on the adaptation of the business deal to the brokerage contract.

The fourth section introduces the ruling of the Tasrīf contract and its principles.

The study concludes that this type of contract is permissible if the conditions and principles mentioned in the research are taken care of.
