The aim of the research is to reveal the effectiveness of the proposed cognitive-behavioral program in modifying the behavior of children who are victims of bullying in kindergarten and reducing their exposure to bullying.

On the child victim of bullying scale (prepared by: the researcher), the pre-school bullying victim observation form for the teacher to answer, and the program based on cognitive behavioral counseling techniques to modify the behavior of children who are victims of bullying (preparation: the researcher) consisting of (22) sessions Its application took two months, and it was found that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of children in the pre and post application of the scale of victims of bullying in favor of the post application, and the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between children's scores Victims of bullying in the post application on the teacher's note card.

The behavior of victims of bullying in the kindergarten child towards the total score of the preapplication, meaning that the total score of the note card decreased significantly in the post application from the pre-application.

The results also resulted in the survival of the effect of the cognitive-behavioral program in modifying the behavior of children who are victims of bullying in the kindergarten stage, as this was shown in the follow-up measurement, and in light of the results, a set of recommendations and proposals were presented to reduce the phenomenon of bullying.
