The study aimed to identify (the extent of the use of Arabic language teachers for educational competencies when teaching archives from their point of view) and the sample of the study consisted of (30) teachers from the original research community in the Department of Education Rifai of the Directorate of Education Dhi Qar.
Due to the nature of the research، and to achieve the objectives of the researcher the researcher adopted the descriptive approach as the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of (30 paragraphs) distributed over three areas (the field of planning and preparation of the lesson، the field of adequacy of the implementation of the lesson، the field of literary efficiency).
The validity and consistency of the questionnaire was verified.
The researcher adopted the statistical analysis package (SPSS) to extract the results، as the results showed- : 1-The efficiency of the implementation of the lesson got the highest percentage (90%).
2- got the field of planning and preparation for the lesson by (89%) while the field of literary competencies got the last rank.
(85%) 3- In light of the results of the study، the researcher recommends the following: Holding training courses for Arabic language teachers in the primary stage related to educational competencies in general، and archives competencies in particular.
Attention to the scientific and practical aspect by colleges and universities to qualify the student teacher and training him with high efficiency and competence.
Conducting studies to evaluate the teachers of the Arabic language to ensure the extent of the teacher has the appropriate skills and practice them.
Follow-up teachers during the semester by the supervisors of the Arabic language، and interest in the development of the use of educational competencies have practical doubt within the classroom
