Human development programs in most societal institutions must move towards creating intended positive effects on the personalities of young people in their various aspects, to be able to confront their problems while providing them with the necessary knowledge, experience and skills that increase the chances of their healthy growth in which the concept and rights of good citizens are achieved.

The youth are the head of the nation, its pride, its present and its future.

If the nation realizes how to preserve its most valuable wealth, how to develop it, how to direct it and benefit from it, it can fulfill its mission in life.

We find that university youth are the segment that always seeks renewal and modernization in society and that accepts everything new, so they are a tool for change in society.

And on their feelings and values.

Citizenship is one of the topics that have received the attention of most scholars and researchers of all specializations, especially specialists in social sciences, due to the lack of knowledge they observe about the responsibilities of citizenship and their sense of alienation from society and its institutions and the lack of awareness of its processes, as well as the weak interest in teaching rights, duties and civic responsibilities in society.

The way society is organized has a role in providing societal and political assistance and raising awareness of different values with all elements of society.
