Humanitarian, security, social, psychological and health of the victims, and that its spread in countries makes these repercussions have a negative impact on the public order in the state.

Trafficking in the human organs of children is an international phenomenon, not limited to a specific country, but extends to many different countries, whose forms and patterns differ from state to state according to the State's view of the concept of trafficking in human beings and their respect for human rights and in accordance with their customs, traditions, culture and criminal legislation.
