This paper shows the data on the reality of education in the Ministry of Education in the pre-and post-occupation periods, which showed us the most important weaknesses in education, where the number of schools for the school year 2003/2004 for the primary School (10608) while it was for secondary education (3514), reaching the number for the Year 2017/2018 (15965) in primary and secondary education (7485), this increase did not compensate for the shortage of school buildings.

These indicators have indicated to us the reality of education in the Ministry of Education and the need for reconsideration to promote and develop it to contribute effectively to the overall development process, as well as to give the security file wide attention and give civil society organizations broad freedom to contribute to the overall development.
