Abstract EN
Volunteerism is known to be inherent in human instinct and is often a non-directed human activity governed by circumstances and needs.
It is therefore necessary to pay attention to human resources and to guide them to contribute to the benefit of the country socially and economically.
The previous studies have shown that volunteer work covered many of the needs of individuals during disasters, tribulations and research.
The most important strategies proposed in the development of voluntary work in Iraq were divided into an introduction and then dealt with the problem of research and its objectives and the most important theory showing the sequence of needs of biological individuals.
We mentioned the importance of volunteering for the individual and society and then we recorded the most important strategies that contribute to guiding volunteer work in practical steps that benefit both governmental institutions and civil society.
