Abstract EN

The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of work ethics on emproving the quality of work life at the electricity and gas distribution corporation at the branch of Blida estate.

The data and information related to the research were collectd through designed questions and distributed as a sample of workers.

And through the use of several statistical means were the most prominent results reached by researchers were the existence of a moral impact on the ethics of works on the quality of life work.

The study also included a number of important recommendations that encourage the establishment of ethics for work and support its role in improving the quality of work life.
