The study aims to identify the most important factors that allow the incorporation of Islamic sukuk into the Algerian financial market, whether it is related to the economic, social or legislative aspect, and for that we relied on an analysis of the results of the questionnaire distributed to various specialists with a relationship related to the subject of the study.

The study concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between each of the economic, social and legislative requirements; and the establishment of Islamic sukuk in Algeria
