The study aimed to review the basic concepts in studying the basic elements of creativity for creativity.

The study divided the variables related to creativity into variables related to psychological and personal aspects such as intelligence - risk - self-confidence - work under pressure - out of the ordinary.

In addition, other aspects related to experience and knowledge such as education - problem solving - the ability to analyze - the ability to design.

The study also studied the view of production and operations managers on the impact of administrative creativity on the production and operations function such as introducing a new product - developing the existing product - imitating existing products on the market - creating new production processes - developing existing productive processes.

It reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which is attention to selecting competencies related to production and operations - continuous training - setting up specialized training courses - encouraging a culture of creativity and innovation - interest in knowledge management.
