This research is considered from the pattern of descriptive research, depending on the descriptive approach, and the research was applied to social workers in the school, medical, and prisoners' field in Fayoum City, and the researcher in the field research relied on the scale of the therapeutic contracting skill with individual cases, and the research reached the answer to questions The study, which was represented in the lack of knowledge of social workers related to the therapeutic contract with individual cases, as well as their ability to apply it, and proposing a set of mechanisms to develop the skill of the social worker in therapeutic contracting with individual cases.
