The letters of meanings are considered one of the important tools in understanding the Qur’anic text, and their direction is subject to careful grammatical consideration of the composition, and this research has dealt with directing the file to it in his citation of the Qur’anic evidence and the way to understand the file of it by dealing with it in his concise book, because Kitab al-Muqtaseb is the second book After the book, it is due to Sibawayh for its scientific importance in the grammatical lesson, the position of the scientific file and his grammatical views.

The research focused on the issue of grammatical guidance in the file in directing the letters of meanings in two major issues around them, and they have a close relationship with the meaning, which are the increase and alternation in the letters of meanings, and the research tried to stand on the opinion of the file in that by dealing with the Qur’anic evidence.
