تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير الفساد على النمو الاقتصادي في (09) دول من شمال افريقيا و جنوب آسيا باستخدام نماذج بانل الساكن خلال الفترة (2003-2018).
وتوصلت الدراسة أن النموذج الأفضل لتقدير نموذج البانل الساكن هو نموذج التأثيرات العشوائية وتم الاستعانة بطريقة المربعات الصغرى المعممة الممكنة (FGLS) لمعالجة مشكلة الارتباط الذاتي و مشكلة عدم تجانس التباين.
و بينت نتائج الدراسة أن للفساد أثر سلبي على النمو الاقتصادي.
أما مؤشر التعليم و الانفتاح التجاري فكان أثرهما إيجابي في حين كان أثر الانفاق الحكومي سلبي على النمو الاقتصادي كما أظهر الاستثمار و معدل التضخم عدم معنوية على النمو الاقتصادي
Abstract EN
The study aims at identifying the impact of corruption on the economic growth in nine African and south Asian countries using Static Panel Model during the period (2003-2018).
The study concludes that the optimal model to estimate the static panel model is the Random Effects Model; therefore, Feasible Generalized Least Squares is used to solve the autocorrelation problem and heteroscedasticity Problem.
Findings show that corruption has a negative effect on the economic corruption.
While both education index and trade openness has positive effects, government expenditure has a negative effect on the economic growth.
Investment and the rate of inflation were insignificant
