As Algeria is not a producer of formal designs of integrated circuits, its protection in Algeria is aimed at protecting the foreign investor who, when establishing investment companies, transfers modem and advanced technology, including the formal designs of integrated circuits.

Through this study, we address its legal system and its protection mechanisms in Algeria.
