The aim of this study was to identify the nature of the criminal justice system in the West Bank and ways of reforming it.

The study also aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between the pillars of the criminal justice system in the West Bank and its ability to provide answers on the characteristics of juvenile delinquents and accused, The study tool was designed and distributed on the pillars of the criminal justice system in the West Bank (Juvenile Police, Juvenile Prosecution, Courts, Child Protection Guides, Social Care House).
