Abstract EN

This research paper aims at showing the Algerian experience in the field of housing.

It deals with the most important housing politics in Algeria and how they affect housing sustainable development.

Descriptive and analytical methods are followed to find out the impact of these projects on the sustainable development extents.

The study found that the Algerian experience in the field suffers from many problems, especially when it comes to its effect on the Algerian social, economic life and environment.

So these politics need to be revised.
