حاولنا في هذه الورقة دراسة العلاقة بين النفقات العامة بشقيها (نفقات التسيير و نفقات التجهيز) و النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر بهدف المساعدة في توجيه أداة الإنفاق العام بشكل أكثر فعالية.
و بينت نتائج اختبار جذور الوحدة في البداية أن السلاسل الزمنية متكاملة من الدرجة الأولى I(1)، ما مكننا من استخدام نموذج شعاع الانحدار الذاتي VAR(p) وقد توصلنا إلى وجود علاقة طردية من النمو نحو النفقات العامة بنوعيها و هو ما يوافق قانون فاجنر بينما خالفت نتائج الدراسة النظرية الكينزية حيث غاب تأثير النفقات العامة على النمو الاقتصادي وغابت العلاقة طويلة الأجل فيما بينها كما غابت أيضا العلاقة السببية من النفقات بصنفيها نحو النمو الاقتصادي
Abstract EN
In this paper, we have tried to study the relationship between public expenditures with their two types (Functionnary and equipment) and economic growth in Algeria in order to steer public spending more efficiently.
the results of the unit root test performed at the beginning showed us that the series are integrated of order (1), which allowed us to estimate the VAR(p) model, and we found a direct relationship of economic growth towards the two types of spending which is consistent with Wagner's law, While the results of the study violated the Keynesian theory, as the effect of public expenditures on economic growth was ent, the long-term relationship between them was ent, and the causality of expenditures with their two categories towards economic growth was also ent.
