This study aims to identify mechanisms for the transfer of experience, management knowledge and facilitation through FDI, taking several forms, including multinational corporations, partnership contracts, licenses, etc.

Modern economies are seeking facilities to attract the largest number of foreign direct investments, which can be achieved through increased capital, transfer of technology, transfer of knowledge and employment.

Through our study, we have concluded that in order for the transfer of knowledge to be successful, several conditions must be met: - The intention to transfer from foreign investor to domestic workers, as well as the willingness of domestic workers to receive these skills and experience.

- Provide training programs, build up and evaluate them to see how successful they are.

- Providing a suitable working environment that helps improve the relations between the task forces.
