Information asymmetry appears when a contract between two agents (example: between the insurer and the insured) and these two agents do not both reach the same level of information.
In the case of this study, example cited, one of the two agents has more information than the other.
As a result, it can be said that the statement of information on the history of the insured is of great importance for the development of insurance in Algeria.

L'asymétrie d'information apparait lors d'un contrat entre deux agents (exemple: entre l'assureur et l'assuré) et ces deux agents n'atteignent pas tous les deux le même niveau d'information.
Dans le cas de cette étude, le cas de l'exemple cité, l'un des deux agents a plus d'information que l'autre.
En résultats, il est possible de dire que le relevé d'information sur l'historique de l'assuré est d'une grande importance pour l'épanouissement de l'assurance en Algérie.
