The Palestinian cause has been exposed, since the first decade of the twenty-first century, to serious predicament, due to the Israeli leaders' adoption of "Jewishness of the state" law.

If the Palestinians and Arab recognize this law or term, the Palestinian cause would have serious repercussions, both in the level of the Palestinian refugees' predestination or the fate of the Jerusalem city and the other related issues.

The recognition of the Jewishness of the state means, on the one hand, the establishment of a racist Jewish state in which the Jews do not share any other race or nationality in the country, and on the other hand, the Palestinian refugees' right of return to their homes, that displaced in 1948, would be neglected.
