Abstract EN

A method of analyzing binary data from a four-treatment, four-period cross-over trial is described.

This method is based on a log-linear model, and on computing exact tests using different techniques proposed by StatXact and LogXact.

Here we deal with the problem of establishing therapeutic equivalence of four treatments.

This method is illustrated using an example of unstructured binary data (Williams Design) where responses are recorded for the selected order of treatments.
