SMEs are of Great Importance in Economic and Social Development, by Identifying Financing Problems that Stand in the way of the Developing Small and Medium Entrepreneurial Projects, Because of their Pivotal role in Providing Job Opportunities and Contributing to Reducing Unemployment, and the Data was Analyzed Through use of 2016 Minitab Program, the Result of the Research was that the Negative Relationship Between the Number of Workers in Small and Medium Entrepreneurial Projects that Depend on the Hands of Workers Enjoying Experience in the Field of Innovation, Innovation and Creativity, and the most Important Proposal to Reduce the Procedures that are aware Creative Projects and Support for Individuals with Technical Skills to Start their Projects.
