Ethics is one of the important topics in philosophy.

it has been a subject of great interest by philosophers and thinkers since ancient times to the present day.

there have been many ethical approaches and theories that seek to bring happiness and satisfaction to man.

however, ethics philosophy has come to a new zenith with the emergence of analytic philosophy, which had a distinct and unique position on this subject, and talking about ethics in the field of analytical philosophy leads us directly to talk about Moore as the first pioneer and the most interested in ethics among all the analysts.

Moore had a significant impact on the moral philosophical thought in general, and on the British moral thought in particular, Moore's first motive for dealing with ethics using his analytical approach was the ambiguity and lack of clarity that ethics had in many issues.

Moore's quest was to remove and overcome this ambiguity, trying to simplify the foundations of this moral thinking, especially with regard to the idea of goodness.
