Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the knowledge and knowledge of university professors on digital works and the problems of protecting them within the electronic environment, where we have found through our study that university professors are aware of the laws and legislation to protect these works as well as forms and methods of infringement and violation of copyright in the electronic environment.

Also, the current Algerian legislation is insufficient and seeks to keep pace with technological developments and accelerate the movement of publishing in the electronic medium.
