The current research seeks to test the Lyons Work Values Survey (LWVS) provided by Lyons (2010) to a sample of teaching staff at the Universities of Al-Qadisiyah and Muthanna.

The research relied on the questionnaire as a main tool for data collection.

Data were collected from (425) teachers working in (107) scientific departments / branches of (33) colleges.

and by using a set of statistical methods, such as exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, and analyzing them through statistical programs (AMOS 24, SPSS V.24).

The research reached a set of conclusions and recommendations, the most important of which are.

Work values are considered one of the core concepts as they form the basis on which to deal with situations and problems facing the organization, whether by leaders or working individuals.
