The long-term consequences of early childhood trauma are very difficult to predict and depend on a murder-suicide perpetrator's way to adulthood.

This phenomenon is rare but remains dramatic because it raises a lot of questions, because of this, we will also try to make known this phenomenon, understand it and predict the psycho-traumatic factors that cause its evolution especially in the ence of resilience mechanisms.

We trace the path of this double passage to the act and the paradoxical shift of the author between the status of victim of a sexual assault and that of the aggressor that is to say, perpetrator of a voluntary homicide followed suicide attempt, by presenting the psychopathological issues that interact in the presence of other factors to favor the passage to the act, through the case study (clinical interview, projective tests of personality) by relying on the conceptual contributions of psychodynamic theory, which alone can go beyond the individual-society dichotomy and position itself at the crossroads of psychology and sociology, in order to give meaning to the homicide-suicide act in a context of passionate crime.
