تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية مرافقة الأولياء خلال عملية التكفل بالأطفال المتخلفين ذهنيا و بالتحديد فئة الحاملين لتناذر داون وذلك عند التحاقهم بالمراكز الطبية النفسية للمعاقين ذهنيا حيث تمت في إطار تحضير مذكرة الماجستير بالمركز الطبي النفسي البيداغوجي للمتخلفين ذهنيا بسمة بالعاصمة (CMPP) ملاحظة اختلاف قدرات الأطفال و اكتساباتهم في جوانب عدة من النمو وفق سن بداية التكفل بهم و مساعدة أوليائهم.
في الواقع إن تأخر عملية تدريب و تعليم الطفل لمواجهة العديد من المشاكل النمائية تنعكس سلبا عليه و على و الديه كما هو الحال بالنسبة لحامل تناذر داون و عليه يحتاج الآباء إلى مرافقة و مساعدة فعلية تتزامن مع عملية التكفل بطفلهم و التي تسمح لهم بأن يصبحوا شركاء حقيقيين في تربيته مع بناء مشروع حياته تدريجيا.
من خلال أدبيات موضوع التكفل المبكر بالأطفال المصابين بتناذر داون و موضوع مساعدة أوليائهم من جهة و استنادا على دراسة الحالة كطريقة أساسية في المنهج العيادي من جهة أخرى ستعرض حالة الطفلة نرجس(البالغة من العمر ستة سنوات) و التي اختيرت كنموذج يوضح أهمية العناية بتوجيه الأم أثناء التدخل المبكر و انعكاسات ذلك على الطفلة و و الدتها.

Abstract EN
This study aims to focus on the importance of accompanying parents of children caring handicap, in this case trisomy 21, during early care according to the results of previous studies.
Wen dealing with children who are at the Medical- Psychological Centers for deficient children, it is observed that there is a difference in their acquisitions in several aspects with regard to their development, and this depends on the age of the beginning of the treatment.
As a matter of fact, the delay in treatment in the process of training and teaching the child to face various developmental problems will have negative consequences on the child and his parents as well, as it is the case of Down syndrome children.
This is why it is required for the parents to accompany and assist effectively their child early.
This would allow them to become real partners in raising and educating their child by planning gradually his / her life project.
Relying on the most important fundamentals of early treatment of Down syndrome children, we will present the case of a six- year- old little girl " Nardjess", whom we have chosen as a model to show clearly the importance of counseling and guiding the mother during the early treatment Key words: early tretment, parents accompanying, Down syndrome.

L'accompagnement Parental dans la Prise en Charge Précoce du Handicap.
Le cas d'un enfant porteur du syndrome de Down.
Ce travail a pour objectif de montrer l'importance de l'accompagnement des parents d'enfants porteurs d'handicap, en l'occurrence la trisomie 21, au cours de la prise en charge précoce.
Durant notre enquête de Magister au sein du centre medico – psycho pédagogique pour handicapés mentaux d'Alger( CMPP), nous avons perçu une disparité des acquisitions et comportements des enfants, qui semble inhérente à l'âge du début de prise en charge d'une part et le soutien apporté aux parents d'autre part.
De plus, l'intervention tardive laisse des effets négatifs aussi bien sur l'enfant que sur ses parents par conséquent ces derniers ont besoin d'être accompagnés et aidés efficacement le plutôt possible afin d'être considérés comme de réels partenaires dans la construction progressive du projet de vie de leur enfant.
En s'appuyant sur les considérations théoriques et pratiques autour de cette question, l'auteur propose une étude de cas - outil fondamental de la méthode clinique - à travers une vignette clinique d'une fillette de 6 ans (Nardjess) et de sa maman qui vient nous éclairer sur la nécessité de l'accompagnement de cette dernière au cours de la prise en charge précoce de sa fille, et des éventuelles répercussions qui pourront en découler.
