Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to review and analyze the jurisprudential and economic views on the issue of investing Zakat funds before disbursing them to their beneficiaries (channels of spending Zakat), there are those who permit it, those who prevent it and those who permit it but under precautionary conditions so that zakat is not paid for the benefit of those who are not entitled to it.

After extrapolating the legitimate texts, the fatwas of scholars and jurisprudential complexes; confronting them with the social and economic reality that they deal with, the opinion that prevents this type of investment has been reached because of its good view and strong evidence both from Islamic law perspective and the economic vision.
