Abstract EN

This study aims to reveal the role of the Algerian institution as a place and sociocultural field for learning and socialization, rebuilding representations and producing professional identities, as the latter constitute shaping a regulatory area for the provision of jobs, orbing unemployment and promoting individuals in the social standing ladder, and preparing A cultural and social environment in which the selves coexist daily, and representations around oneself and around others are rebuilt and cultures and values are born, where today the latter has become a space that can hybridize cultures, build experiences, reformulate ideas and perceptions, and form a means of belonging.

Cultural learning and social recognition can also be a tool for the elimination of cultures and the heart of conflict, contradiction and the eradication of values, which may expose some actors to failure, withdrawal and loss of identity.

Its historical biography led to reproduction and a kind of sedimentation in memory, imagination and consciousness influenced the formation of representations and practices, leading to the emergence of dominant forms of identities as a result of these backgrounds and references.
