Abstract EN

This article addresses the problem of the economic transformations that Algeria has undergone and what has been taken as measures to split the employment policy to combat unemployment and poverty, noting that every change in economic policy is accompanied by changes at the level of public policy and on this basis we aim to give a vision about the economic situation that Algeria has gone through and its social implications.

From this, the statistical data for the programs of some government institutions accompanying the economic reform program in Algeria in the field of employment were presented and analyzed.

The study concluded that the measures and measures taken within the framework of the employment policy were not at the level of economic transformations and decisions on the basis that they did not produce balances, but they remain attempts Effective in society as it calls for modification and development.
