for the above mentioned reason, it emerged what we call orienting the acts and the intervention of government in their organization.

the most important acts that have recently appeared are the consumptive acts that have been organized by the project due to the mis balance of acts which have touched them.

the consumptive act has its propriety that characterize him interims of its concept, formation or the effect, so the Algerian project as the other projects, imposed strict obligations upon the beneficial and provides the right of consumer in order to rehabilitate the balance to this kind of acts due to the fact that the consumer is a weak part needs to satisfy his desires which makes him fall under the authority of the beneficial.
