This paper comes as part of an attempt to track indirect causes of the February 22nd movement in Algeria, through returning to the reality of the Algerian economy which is based basically on rent income, and this is what led to the formation of the fragile state model or committed, whereas its stability is linked to the distribution mechanisms and the guarantor state function, and all that capacity has diminished it is led to the understanding of the political and social situation in the country, where it can be said that the February 22nd movement was the result of the difficult economic conditions that the country has gone through, although its demands were political, and this is due to to the nature of the Algerian political system dependent on rent, it suffers from manifestations of the Dutch disease, in addition to the spread of corruption and and the formation of the movements of rejection and anger social through social networking sites and then transmitted to reality to express its rejection of the pitical system, which was considered responsible for the state of economic and political corrupt
