To reduce the risks of drug proliferation, a national plan for fighting it and prevention programs was developed at the level of the media and security agencies, but facing them in the school environment did not have special programs for closely following the phenomenon, which necessitated providing guidance services by those responsible for school and vocational guidance and counseling in a way A regular scientific study that calls for the application of the principles of psychological and educational counseling, etc.

Therefore, we try in this article to clarify the role of school counseling services in drug prevention, supported by recommendations that may be an initial pursuit of improving the situation in educational institutions to ensure the achievement of psychological, intellectual and physical security for students before falling into the net of that scourge.
