يتناول هذا المقال الأوضاع في السجون الاستعمارية الفرنسية (1959- 1962) اعتمادا على مذكرات أحد المجاهدين المحكوم عليهم بالإعدام و هو المدعو عسلي سعد إضافة إلى مختلف المراحل التي مر بها من تجنيده إلى اعتقاله ثم استنطاقه و تعذيبه الى محاكمته و تنقله بين مختلف السجون الاستعمارية في الجلفة و المدية و البليدة إلى غاية فراره في جانفي 1962.
اعتمد المقال على المذكرات الشخصية للمجاهد إضافة إلى مجموعة من التقارير الأمنية الفرنسية و ذلك من أجل المقارنة و التأكد
Abstract EN
this article discusses the situation in French colonial prisons (1959-1962) based on the memoirs of one of the sentenced to death: the mujahideen: ASLI Saad, and the various steps he has taken from his recruitment and arrest and then his interrogation and his torture to his trial and his move between the colonial prisons in Djelfa, Medea, to his scape in January 1962.
this article based on the mujahid's personal memories in addition to a set of French security reports for comparison and confirmation.
