Abstract EN

Youth work, is a social phenomenon, has been affected by the emergence of Modern Information and Communication Technology.

As such, the concept of work among Algerian youth has changed due to communication via digital platforms in light of the virtual society that was produced by the internet in general, and social media in particular.

Through this research, we will address the most important perceptions that youth build on the subject of work, which gradually affect the forms and images of work from the traditional and classic style to the emergence of new forms, are within the means of communication through these digital platforms.

With the widespread use of technology and virtual communication, a wide group of Algerian youth has changed their vision and representations, and henceforth moving gradually towards professional activities that depend mainly on virtual working relationships.
