Abstract EN

The study aimed to measure the level of time pressure and vocational stress among middle school teachers, and testing the relationship between vocational stress and time pressure.

The study sample composed of 107 middle school teachers chosen randomly from seven 07 schools in Djelfa city.

The data collected through two questionnaires one for time pressure and one for vocational stress.

The results showed that teachers suffer from high degree of time pressure and vocational stress with the existence of a positive relationship between time pressure and vocational stress.

and a significant relationship between time pressure and all of workload, nature of work, relationship with others, pupils behaviors and the role, and no relationship between time pressure and also work conditions and social position
