This study either at the practical parts explores the phenomenon of intenrtextuality in the divan of yemen poet Abed Arahim Alboryi (H803-), which contains considerable amount of human being and divine heritage plus plenty of intertextuality features.

Besides that, this study aims to detect the intertextuality source in its poetic form, and discover the mechanism that it was used at the previous texts and how it was employed in a semantical and aesthetic way, Starting from a number of intrinsic questions, the essential ones are: what is the intertextuality indication with the divine and human being heritage at Alboryi's poetic experience? What is its aesthetic dimensions? And? what its purpose.
