Abstract EN

This study aims to know the patterns of the use of social media networks by Algerian news TV journalist, and how they are used in the media field.

In this study, we relied on the descriptive survey method, using the questionnaire, interview, and observation as scientific research tools to collect information from the members of the sample who are a group of journalists working for Ennahar channel.

The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that Ennahar journalists depend on the pages of citizen journalists, accident pages and pages of political, technical and sports figures in following up on everything new.

They also value the citizen's journalistic participation in producing and publishing media contents and consider them a qualitative addition to the Algerian media.

Moral and legal controls in dealing with citizen contributions, chief among which is ensuring the news is correct and making it in the form of a professional journalist free from any violations such as insulting, insulting and slandering.
