سمح الفضاء الرقمي بممارسة ديموقراطية مباشرة دون وساطات أو هيكليات و تراتبيات متيحا قنوات جديدة لأخذ الكلمة و أشكالا مبتكرة للتنديد و الاحتجاج بعيدا عن أشكال التعسف و الرقابة الصارمة.
و رغم أن الشباب الجزائري كان يعتبر إلى وقت قريب لا مبال سياسيا إلا أن الأمر بدأ يتغير منذ عشية الانتخابات التشريعية و المحلية ماي- نوفمبر 2017 حين بادر شابان غاضبان بأخذ الكلمة و الحديث باسم الشعب عن عدم جدوى الانتخابات عبر فيديوهات اجتاحت المنصات الرقمية خاصة Youtube و Facebook.
يسعى هذا البحث إلى تحليل هذه الفيدوهات كشكل جديد من أشكال التعبير و الانخراط السياسي عبر مقاربة نوعية للشكل و المحتوى و العناصر السياقية التي تمت تعبئتها

0 has given new potentials of socialization, new channels to speak up, and inventive mechanisms to protest and rage far from censorship.
In Algeria where youths are mostly considered apolitical, things tended to change since that tow indignant young people decided to speak up in the name of every Algerian the day before legislative and local election, May and November 2017, through social media platforms ( Youtube and Facebook).
This paper aims to analyze through a qualitative approach the form, content, and context of these new forms of expression considered as new mechanisms of political engagement and participation.

0 a donné de nouveaux potentiels de socialisation, de nouveaux canaux de prise de parole, mais surtout des mécanismes inventifs de dénonciation et protestation loin de toute sorte de censure.
En Algérie, où la jeunesse est considéré pleinement apolitique, les choses tendent à changer depuis que deux jeunes indignés ont décidé de prendre la parole au nom du peuple réprimé la veille des élections législatives et locales, mai et novembre 2017, à travers les plateformes numériques (YouTube et Facebook) et des podcasts.
Nous nous intéressons - à travers une approche qualitative de forme, du fond et du contexte - à leur forme d'expression comme un nouveau mécanisme de participation et d'engagement politique.
