إن أحد أكثر المصطلحات استمرارية و استعمالا لوصف العالم الذي أوجدته شبكة الانترنت و المجالات الرقمية المتصلة بها هو مصطلح الفضاء السيبيراني l’espace cybernétique و الذي يعبر عن الحيز الذي أوجده الاتصال الالكتروني فاتحا بذلك عوالم افتراضية أكثر تفاعلية لجميع أشكال المجتمعات الإنسانية السابقة و لقد استطاعت الوسائط الاتصالية الجديدة أن تحدد نوعية العلاقات الاجتماعية الناتجة عن هذا التفاعل التكنولوجي العالمي حيث ولادة مفاهيم جديدة حول المجتمع و الجماعة كوحدة سوسيولوجية و من ثم تشابكت حقيقة الهويات الفردية و الوطنية بدء بلغة التخاطب و التحاور إلى انمحاء جغرافية الهوية و ظهور هويات افتراضية لضعف التواصل باللغة العربية.

Summary: One of the most persistent and used terms to describe the world created by the Internet and related digital areas is the term Siberian space, which reflects the space created by electronic communication, opening up virtual worlds more interactive to all forms of previous human societies.
The quality of the social relations resulting from this global technological interaction, where the birth of new concepts about the community and the community as a sociological unit, and then the fact that the identities of individual and national link the beginning of the language of communication and dialogue to the geography Of identity and the emergence of virtual identities for poor communication in Arabic.
