تقوم هذه الدراسة على مدى تكيف المتاحف مع مظاهر أزمة جائحة فيروس كورونا من خلال الترسيخ لمفهوم المتحف عن بعد عن طريق مختلف الوسائط التكنولوجية على الفضاء الرقمي و ابتكار استراتيجيات للحفاظ على جمهوره باستغلال كافة ما يوفره الفضاء الرقمي من موارد و التعرف على الآليات التي اعتمدتها المتاحف لتعزيز وجودها في ظل الإغلاق التام المفروض على مؤسساتها و المرافق العامة و قد أجبرت الأزمة المتاحف على الانتقال الكلي إلى الفضاء الرقمي بعد أن كان نشاطها عليه هامشي و أصبح بإمكان الزوار التجول داخل أروقة المتاحف و المشاركة في مختلف النشاطات و التفاعل عن بعد و من أي مكان و في أي وقت و قد هدفت هذه الورقة الى معرفة التحول الذي ساهمت فيه الأزمة على مستوى المحتوى الرقمي للمتاحف عن طريق تقديم دراسة وصفية لمختلف الاستراتيجيات
Abstract EN
This study is based on how museums adapt to the Coronavirus pandemic by establishing a museum concept remotely through different technological media and devising strategies to keep its public exploiting all resources that digital space giving them.
The crisis of Coronavirus forced museums to move all the way to digital space, after being marginal; visitors can wander through museums and participate in various activities and interaction remotely and from anywhere and anytime.
This paper aims to identify the transformation in which the crisis has contributed to the level of the digital content of museums by providing a descriptive study of the various strategies.
