If the disagreement between philosophers and thinkers lies in the truth of the relationship of the meaning with the vocabulary, then the philosophical definition is a certain vocabulary that carries a meaning, thus the disagreement concerning that relationship would change to the philosophical definition, its truth, how to create it and be creative in it.

Taking good care of definitions is quite important in Scientific, social and humane research in general, because of its role in setting the rules for daily and professional life trades, and in building theories, methods and prototypes in scientific domains.

This interest also appears in many aspects of social life, and in specialized books and dictionaries, and most importantly concentrated on: the difference between the word and the thought, between the and diagnostic definition, and between the term and the definition, and a look into the variety in the use of definitions in general philosophy and Epistemology, Psychiatry, Artificial Intelligence and Classic and Mathematical Logic.

Those interested in such arts and sections find that they take much care of the conditions of acquiring a definition, how it is determined, its form and its types and functions.

Because the truth of the defining operation, or what is called “Conceptualization” means to convert the world's facts and events to explanatory innovations, thus to a conversational and social tool, which brings up a question about the relationship between Conceptualization, Exchange and Difference.

The concept of violence and its counter-parts in Arabic and French “Violence” is considered one of the concepts transferred over to Arabian intellect, it has taken a high chair in many sections of Knowledge and its use has spread into many domains such as Law, Politics and Media.

This approach was made to observe this definition that has spread far and wide throughout Modern Islamic Intellect, and its use being affected by philosophical and political studies produced by Modern Western Intellect, as many terms and definitions created by Western Intellect greats were directly inserted into the Modern Islamic World without taking into account their exact meanings and the difference of the domain of use for the owners of these definitions with their Arabic-Islamic domain; Thus creating many problems to say the least.

From this point of view, we chose to look separately into the transferred western term of “Violence” and its "العنف" counterpart in Modern Islamic Intellect
