This study aims to address the phenomenon of sexual violence against women by extrapolating and analyzing the various legal texts, provided by the criminal legislator to protect women from the various form's of sexual violence directed against them, as it is divided info two types of moral violence, which is mainly directed at honor modesty's women, through a series of behaviors and actions that do not prolong the body but violate its modesty, and physical violence aimed at satisfying the full sexual desire by violating the women's indecent, whether by the complete sexual intercourse of penis in her vagina or the incomplete sexual intercourse achieved by touching areas of modesty and chastity without reaching the penetration stag.
